Material Reception
- Supplier: We start by sourcing high-quality materials from trusted suppliers.
- Material Reception: Upon arrival, materials undergo an initial quality check.
- IQC Inspection: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspects materials to ensure they meet our standards. Non-conforming materials are returned to the supplier.
Stock-In and Distribution
- Stock-In: Approved materials are stocked in our inventory.
- Material Distribution: Materials are then distributed as per the production order requirements.
PCB Preparation
- PCB Baking: The PCBs are baked to eliminate moisture.
- Preparation: The production line is prepared for the PCB assembly process.
SMT Mass Production
- SMT Mass Production: Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is used for the mass production of electronic circuits.
- Reflow Soldering: Components are soldered onto the PCB.
- QC/AOI: Quality Control (QC) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) are performed to detect any defects.
- QA Inspection: Further QA inspection ensures all products meet quality standards. Non-conforming products are reprocessed or discarded.
DIP Preparation and Soldering
- DIP Preparation: Dual In-line Package (DIP) components are prepared for assembly.
- Wave Soldering: DIP components are soldered using wave soldering.
- Manual Soldering: Manual soldering is conducted for components that require it.
Assembly and Testing
- Afterward Solder: Additional soldering is performed as needed.
- QC Inspection: Quality Control checks the assembled product.
- Assembly & Testing: Products undergo assembly and initial testing.
- Mold Inspection: Inspections ensure molds are correctly formed.
- Function Test: Functional testing verifies the product operates correctly.
- Aging Testing: Aging tests ensure product durability and reliability over time.
Final QA and Packing
- QA Inspection: A final quality assurance inspection is conducted.
- Packing: Approved products are packed for shipment.
- Storage/Shipment: Packed products are stored and then shipped to customers.
